Shooting Leaves One Dead in Norcross, Investigation Underway

The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one male deceased in unincorporated Norcross. At approximately 4:00 p.m. on November 8, 2024, officers responded to a call about a person shot at 2400 Windsor Woods Lane.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim, a male, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene. Preliminary investigations suggest that at least two males were involved in an altercation that led to the shooting.

Homicide investigators are canvassing the area and conducting interviews, while the Gwinnett County Crime Scene Unit is processing the scene. The Medical Examiner’s Office has been requested.
