Teen Arrested After Armed Suspects Flee from Glynn County Police

A 17-year-old man was arrested on Sunday after Glynn County Police responded to a report of four men looking into vehicles on Chapel Crossing Road. When GCPD patrol officer Kendall Moses arrived at the scene, the suspects fled on foot. Moses pursued and arrested one of the men, Elijah Grovner, who was found carrying two loaded pistols. Additionally, two more pistols were discovered in the front yard of the property.

Grovner is facing multiple charges, including Obstructing Law Enforcement Officers, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Loitering or Prowling, and Possession of a Handgun by a Minor.

The Glynn County Police Department continued searching for the three remaining suspects, but a K9 unit was unable to locate them.
