Missing 13-Year-Old Girl in Gwinnett County

The Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old girl. Sandy Michelle Soto was last seen at her home on Welford Road in unincorporated Suwanee on Sunday, April 21, at approximately 11:45 p.m. She was reported missing by her father the following day.

Sandy is described as a Hispanic female, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. Her black hair was last seen tied into braids.
