Two Arrested in Carroll County Street Racing Incident, More Expected

Carroll County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of two individuals in connection with the recent street racing incident in Kennedy Estates Subdivision.

Reshad Lamont Bailey, aged 33, and Preston Lewis Bailey, aged 43, both residents of Carrollton, were apprehended yesterday afternoon. They face charges including promoting an unsanctioned event, laying drag, violating mass gathering county ordinances, and breaching county noise regulations.

Investigations are ongoing, with authorities conducting interviews and collecting video evidence.

Additional arrests are anticipated as the investigation progresses. The illegal event occurred last Saturday on Kennedy Estates Drive.
