41-year-old Man Injured in Old Fourth Ward Shooting
1 min readOn April 14, 2024, at around 6:17 p.m., Atlanta Police Zone 6 officers rushed to 490 Angier Ave. NE in Old Fourth Ward following reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, they found a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and he was conscious and breathing.
Initial findings suggest the victim was injured after hearing gunfire in the area.
Investigators from the Aggravated Assault Unit are probing the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
