Domestic Dispute Turns Violent: Macon Man Shoots Woman Twice
On Friday, April 12th, at approximately 6:22 am, Bibb County Deputies responded to a domestic violence incident in the 2700 block of Date Ave in Macon. They discovered a female victim with two gunshot wounds upon arrival.
The victim was taken to an area hospital and is currently in stable condition. The suspect, identified as 31-year-old Hiakeem Rashaad Dillard, was involved in a domestic dispute that escalated into violence.
Dillard, who was on probation at the time, faces charges including aggravated assault, tampering with evidence, and providing false information to law enforcement officers.
