Man Found Shot Inside Business on Eisenhower Parkway, Under Investigation

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Eisenhower Parkway.

At 11:04 p.m. on April 8, 2024, the E-911 Center received a call reporting a person found injured inside a commercial business at 1090 Eisenhower Parkway Unit A. Deputies responded to the scene and found a 57-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics arrived and provided medical assistance before transporting the victim to a medical facility, where he is currently in critical but stable condition. No other injuries were reported.

The circumstances of the incident are being investigated, and further details will be provided as they become available.

UPDATE: A person of interest in connection with the incident was identified as 46-year-old Travis Arnes Warren of Macon. On April 9, 2024, just before 3:00 p.m., Travis Warren was apprehended on Ell Street.

The armed suspect in connection with the incident was identified as 31-year-old Andre Willis III of Macon. On April 9, 2024, just before 10:00 p.m., Andre Willis III was apprehended on Eisenhower Parkway.

Travis Arnes Warren and Andre Willis III have both been charged with Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery, pending further charges. Currently, they do not have a bond.
