Teen Arrested After Stolen Vehicle Pursuit and Foot Chase

On Thursday, February 15, 2024, deputies from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office S.R.T. Unit apprehended a teenager following a pursuit involving a stolen vehicle.
After crashing the stolen Hyundai Sonata, the teen fled on foot. However, deputies managed to arrest him on Vineville Avenue.
The charges against him include theft by receiving stolen property-felony, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer for a felony offense, and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats or violence-felony.
