Atlanta Police Investigate Shooting of 16-Year-Old in Lakewood Heights
On April 28th, 2024, at around 9:18 PM, Atlanta Police were called to 1114 Oak Knoll Terrace SE in Lakewood Heights regarding a shooting.
Upon arrival, they found a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the head. He was not conscious but breathing and was taken to the hospital. Because of his condition, he couldn’t give any details about what happened.
The Aggravated Assault Unit is investigating the incident, and it’s ongoing.
