Man Airlifted After Domestic Disturbance Turns Into Shooting At Glynn County Apartment Complex
BRUNSWICK, Georgia – Glynn County Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Monday afternoon following a reported domestic disturbance at a local apartment complex.
Officers responded to the Morning Tide Apartments on January 19 at approximately 4:19 p.m. after receiving a call about a domestic dispute. While officers were en route, dispatchers received additional information indicating that gunshots had been fired at the location.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. Glynn County Fire Rescue personnel provided emergency medical care at the scene before the victim was airlifted to a regional trauma center for further treatment. His current condition has not been released.
Police secured the scene and conducted a thorough investigation, including interviews with involved parties and witnesses. Detectives continue to follow up on leads as the investigation remains active.
