Armed Robbery Reported at Citi Trends in Macon

MACON, Ga. – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery at a retail store on Macon’s south side.

Deputies say the robbery occurred just before 6:30 p.m. on December 31, 2025, at Citi Trends, located at 3880 Pio Nono Avenue. The incident was reported to the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center shortly after it happened.

According to investigators, a male suspect entered the store and demanded money. The suspect then fled the business on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported during the incident.

The suspect is described as a male wearing all dark-colored clothing. Photographs of the individual have been released as part of the investigation.
