Eastman Woman Charged After Man Critically Injured in Shooting

UPDATE: The man who was shot on November 29, 2025, Ernie Jordan, age 44, of Eastman, GA, died as a result of his injuries on November 30, 2025.

The GBI has secured additional arrest warrants for Daysia Kiwanna Ivey-Bolden on December 2, 2025, for Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Battery, Tampering with Evidence, and Simple Battery.

Jordan and Bolden were previously involved in a personal relationship.

Eastman, GA – On November 29, 2025, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested 29-year-old Daysia Kiwanna Bolden of Eastman on charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm or Knife During the Commission of a Felony.

The charges stem from a shooting that happened around 1:00 a.m. in the 200 block of 1st Avenue in Eastman. One man was shot and taken to a trauma center, where he remains in critical condition.

The Eastman Police Department requested GBI assistance soon after the incident. Following investigative efforts, Bolden was taken into custody and booked into the Dodge County Jail.
