Atlanta Police Investigate Two Fatal Attacks and Teen Shooting in Separate Incidents
Atlanta Police are investigating multiple violent incidents that occurred between Monday night and Tuesday afternoon across the city.
On November 10, 2025, around 10:31 p.m., officers responded to 2001 Lois Place NW after reports of a person shot. They found a 16-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the arm; he was transported to a hospital in stable condition. A second male was later found nearby with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Homicide Unit is leading the investigation.
Earlier that evening, at 6:04 p.m., officers were called to Grady Memorial Hospital, where a 39-year-old male had arrived with stab wounds. Medical staff pronounced him deceased shortly after arrival. Detectives determined the stabbing occurred at 509 Roy Street SW. The Homicide Unit is investigating that case as well.
The following afternoon, on November 11, 2025, at about 1:45 p.m., officers responded to 889 Ralph D. Abernathy Boulevard SW for another shooting. A 17-year-old male was found with a gunshot wound to the leg and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The Aggravated Assault Unit is investigating.
All three investigations remain active, and police have not released information on possible suspects or motives.
