Pickens County, GA – The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office is actively seeking James Kelly Barker, also known as Kelly Barker, in connection with multiple active warrants and an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

- Tattoos: Multiple tattoos on hands, arms, and abdomen

Barker is a registered sex offender and currently has an active warrant for Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Registry. He is also the primary suspect in a sexual assault investigation involving a 14-year-old juvenile. Warrants have been issued for Rape, Statutory Rape, and Child Molestation.
At this time, Barker’s location is unknown. He is known to have violent tendencies and may be armed. He is also considered a flight risk and may attempt to evade law enforcement.
This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
