Wanted Murder Suspect Arrested by Multi-Agency Task Force in Muscogee County
COLUMBUS, GA – Justin Reeves, a wanted fugitive with a Grand Jury Indictment Murder Warrant, was arrested on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office Collaborative Intelligence Group, supported by the United States Marshal Services Southeast Regional Task Force and the United States Capital Area Regional Task Force.
Sheriff Greg Countryman stated, “We won’t stop until the criminals do!”
The Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s office indicted Justin Reeves on the following charges:
- Felony Murder (2 counts)
- Aggravated Assault
- Possession of Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Reeves was arrested and transported to the Muscogee County Jail without incident.
