Woman Shot During Domestic Dispute in Atlanta’s Hunter Hills

Atlanta Police Department officers responded to a person shot call at 1421 Lavender Dr NW in the Hunter Hills area at approximately 1:34 a.m. on April 21, 2025.

Upon arrival, officers located a female victim suffering from gunshot wounds. She was transported to a local hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.

The preliminary investigation indicates that a verbal altercation occurred between the victim and her boyfriend. The dispute escalated, resulting in the boyfriend allegedly shooting the victim. The suspect had fled the scene before police arrived.

Investigators are currently working to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident, and the investigation remains ongoing.
