One Dead After Two-Vehicle Crash at Moreland Ave and Constitution Rd in Atlanta

A 32-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Moreland Ave SE and Constitution Rd SE on February 4, 2025.

Atlanta Police Zone 3 officers responded to the crash at approximately 8:01 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found two vehicles involved in the collision. The driver of one vehicle was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Preliminary findings indicate that the deceased driver was traveling north on Moreland Ave SE and attempting to turn left onto Constitution Rd SE when he was struck by a vehicle traveling south on Moreland Ave SE.

Investigators responded to the scene and are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash. The investigation remains ongoing.
