Pickens County Deputies Arrest Violent Home Invasion Suspect
The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jonathan Andrew Buchanan of Rising Fawn, GA, early Monday morning, February 3, 2025. Buchanan was wanted on multiple warrants related to a violent home invasion.
His charges include:
- Home Invasion – 1st Degree (Felony)
- Theft by Taking
- Aggravated Assault
- Bond Violation
- Simple Battery
The home invasion and assault stem from an incident on December 11, 2024, while the bond violation is related to an arrest on October 18, 2022.
Buchanan is currently being held without bond at the Pickens County Detention Center.
