Macon Woman Accused of Threatening to Kill Child’s Father While He Held Their Son, Fighting Deputy During Arrest

MACON, Ga. — A 20-year-old Macon woman was arrested after authorities say she entered her child’s father’s home with a knife, threatened to kill him while he held their son and later fought with a Bibb County sheriff’s deputy who attempted to take her into custody.
Tamyra Wykasia Mallory, 20, was arrested September 1, 2026, following a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 2900 block of Markingham Drive in south Macon.
According to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office incident report, Deputy Jazmine Bussey responded to the residence at approximately 10:52 p.m. after receiving a call about a burglary and domestic disturbance.
The child’s father, Kendall Green, told the deputy that a protective order was in place between him and Mallory.
Green said Mallory entered his home without permission while carrying a knife and confronted him over a suspected affair.
During the confrontation, Mallory allegedly declared, “I came to commit a murder.”
Green told investigators he was holding their son when Mallory made the threat.
Confrontation Reportedly Captured on Social Media Livestream
According to the incident report, Green showed Deputy Bussey video footage of the confrontation, including portions broadcast live through one of Mallory’s social media accounts.
The footage reportedly showed Mallory standing in the front yard before entering the residence and arguing with Green about cheating.
Green also recorded the confrontation on his own device. According to the deputy, his footage captured Mallory making the statement about coming to commit murder.
Much of the confrontation was broadcast on social media, according to the report.
Suspect Accused of Kicking Deputy During Arrest
After interviewing Green, Deputy Bussey went to an apartment in the 3400 block of Houston Avenue to question Mallory about the incident.
Mallory initially told the deputy she had visited Green’s residence to see her child and then left.
When Bussey informed her that video footage of the confrontation existed, Mallory allegedly attempted to flee.
According to the deputy’s report, Mallory repeatedly pulled away as Bussey tried to detain her. During the struggle, the deputy’s body camera fell to the ground.
Bussey managed to place one handcuff on Mallory, but the woman reportedly got back up and attempted to run again.
The struggle continued as Bussey tried to restrain Mallory and move her toward the patrol vehicle.
At one point, Mallory fell to the ground and allegedly kicked Bussey in the chest as the deputy attempted to grab her, causing the deputy to fall.
Mallory then attempted to flee again, according to the report.
Deputy Uses Taser to Stop Fleeing Woman
Bussey drew her Taser and pursued Mallory, deploying the device until she fell to the ground.
The deputy reported that Mallory received an additional electrical discharge while Bussey was attempting to turn off and holster the Taser.
Mallory was then handcuffed and taken into custody.
She was transported to Atrium Health Navicent for medical treatment, where three Taser probes were removed from her upper back, lower back and thigh area.
After receiving medical clearance, Mallory was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
Deputy Bussey also received medical attention following the confrontation.
Four Charges Filed Against Mallory
Mallory was booked on the following charges:
- Aggravated assault
- First-degree burglary
- Third-degree cruelty to children
- Felony obstruction of an officer
She remains in-custody after bond was denied.
According to the incident report, investigators completed an incident report, use-of-force report, personal injury report and arrest paperwork.
The deputy’s patrol vehicle dash camera also recorded footage of the encounter at the Houston Avenue apartment complex.
Lieutenant Porter and Sergeant Grube were notified of the incident, and the Taser probes were submitted to the crime lab.
