30-Year-Old Woman Arrested for Murder in Connection with August Homicide
MACON, Ga. — A 30-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the fatal August shooting of a man inside a Maynard Street residence, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Antoneshia Lequia Redding, 30, was taken into custody on Saturday, September 26, following an investigation into the death of 45-year-old Dan Anderson. She was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant by members of the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit and Gang Unit.
Fatal Residence Shooting
The investigation began on Saturday, August 29, when dispatchers at the Macon-Bibb E-911 Center received a call at 11:42 a.m. reporting gunfire inside a home located in the 1100 block of Maynard Street.
Arriving deputies entered the residence and discovered Anderson suffering from a gunshot wound. Bibb County Deputy Coroner Lonnie Miley declared Anderson deceased at the scene.
Interrogation, Charges, and Custody Status
Following her arrest on September 26, Redding was transported to the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) for questioning by detectives. She was subsequently transferred to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, where she remains booked without bond.

- Deposit Account Fraud
