Lithonia Man Sentenced To Life After Gas Station Killing Caught On Camera
DECATUR, Georgia – A DeKalb County jury has convicted a Lithonia man in a deadly gas station shooting that occurred in broad daylight following an argument.
On March 12, 2026, a jury found 27-year-old Antjuan Harrison guilty of two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a machine gun, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and related charges in connection to the July 12, 2023 killing of 32-year-old Tori Dundas.
The following day, DeKalb County Judge Yolanda C. Parker-Smith sentenced Harrison to life in prison plus five additional years to be served consecutively.
According to investigators, DeKalb County Police responded to a reported shooting at a gas station in the 6700 block of Browns Mill Road in the City of Stonecrest. When officers arrived, they found Dundas lying on the ground with two gunshot wounds to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Surveillance footage from the gas station captured the incident. Authorities said a black 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-300 pulled into the station, and Harrison, who was seated in the front passenger seat, exited the vehicle and confronted Dundas, who was in the back seat.
Harrison was armed with a 9mm Glock pistol that had been illegally modified to function as an automatic weapon. During the encounter, Harrison struck Dundas with the firearm. Investigators said Dundas was also armed, and a struggle ensued between the two men.
Harrison ultimately gained control of both weapons. As Dundas attempted to get back into the vehicle, Harrison fired two shots into his chest, causing him to collapse.
After the shooting, Harrison returned briefly to the vehicle, grabbed his backpack, then went back to Dundas, took approximately $5,000 from his pocket, and fled the scene.
Harrison was arrested on September 22, 2023. Ballistics testing later confirmed that the firearm in his possession at the time of his arrest was the same weapon used in the killing.
The case was prosecuted by the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office Homicide and Gangs Unit.
