Macon Man Arrested on Murder Charges After Triple Homicide on Moseley Avenue
MACON, Ga. – A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a triple homicide in Macon, following a violent incident early Sunday morning on Moseley Avenue, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded at approximately 3:35 a.m. Feb. 22 to a reported violent scene near the intersection of Moseley Avenue and Cedar Avenue, where three individuals were found deceased. Authorities later identified the victims as 25-year-old Charleston Burnett, 25-year-old Jordan Gardner, and 26-year-old Willie Cain. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division Violent Crime Unit identified Julius Ty-Lunie Milner, 20, of Macon, as a person of interest during the investigation. The U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force took Milner into custody without incident Monday and transported him to investigators for questioning.
Following further investigation, Milner was arrested and charged with three counts of murder and five counts of aggravated assault. He is being held without bond at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
