Four Arrested in Coffee County Drive-By Shooting That Seriously Injured 20-Year-Old Man
COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. – The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, working alongside the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, has arrested and charged four individuals in connection with a drive-by shooting that left a 20-year-old man seriously injured early Sunday morning.
The victim, Brandon Camacho, of Coffee County, was shot while driving along Highway 158 around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Deputies responded to reports of gunfire just inside the Coffee County line and quickly began an investigation.
Authorities say Camacho was traveling from Ware County in a dark gray GMC Terrain when a silver Chevrolet Tahoe equipped with a black brush guard approached his vehicle. Investigators determined that occupants of the Tahoe fired multiple rounds into Camacho’s vehicle, striking him.
Camacho was rushed to Coffee County Medical Center, where he received treatment for serious injuries.
Following the investigation, four suspects were taken into custody:
- Clareisha Belmer, 17, of Fitzgerald
- Anthony Ewing, Jr., 18, of Fitzgerald
- Keyshawn Fluellan, 19, of Fitzgerald
- Kyvian Junious, 17, of Waycross
Each has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Conspiracy to Commit Felony Murder, and Drive-By Shooting.
The case is being investigated jointly by the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, the GBI, the Waycross Police Department, and the Ware County Sheriff’s Office. Officials say the investigation remains active and additional details may be released as they become available.
