9-Year-Old Child Seriously Injured in Dallas, GA Dog Bite
DALLAS, Georgia – On Saturday, December 27, 2025, at approximately 12:24 p.m., Dallas Police Department officers responded to a reported animal bite at the Vista Lake Subdivision Pavilion in Dallas, GA. Upon arrival, officers found a 9-year-old child who had been bitten by the family dog.
The child was transported to a local hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries. The incident remains under active investigation.
On Monday, December 29, police confirmed that the child is now in stable condition at a Metro Atlanta hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. No additional details have been released regarding the breed of dog involved.
