Lee County Deputies Seek Woman Who Assaulted Liquor Store Employee

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who became violent inside a liquor store after she was unable to purchase alcohol.

On November 27, 2025, around 2:30 p.m., four females entered V’s Liquor at 1529 U.S. Highway 19 South and attempted to buy alcohol. Employees asked for identification, and when the group couldn’t provide valid IDs, staff informed them the sale could not proceed.

According to investigators, three of the women left the store without incident. The fourth, seen wearing a red hat, became aggressive. Deputies say she made threats toward employees, threw items, and assaulted an employee who was trying to calm her down.

All four then left the scene in a blue Nissan Maxima.

The Sheriff’s Office released a photo of the suspect and is urging anyone who can identify her to come forward. Anyone with information, or any of the individuals involved, is asked to contact the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at 229-759-6012.
