Bibb County Deputies Arrest Four in Stolen Vehicle Pursuit

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators have arrested four suspects following a stolen vehicle pursuit on October 12, 2025. The incident began when deputies spotted a reported stolen Nissan Sentra at Checkers on Mercer University Drive.
The driver attempted to flee, and during the pursuit, one female passenger ran on foot and was apprehended on Bailey Avenue. The vehicle was eventually stopped on Anthony Road, where another passenger tried to flee but was quickly taken into custody. Investigators recovered a firearm, loaded magazine, air pistol, marijuana, and dark clothing and gloves from the vehicle.
The suspects include 20-year-old Dominic Ramon McCrary, 32-year-old Nicholas Gregory Jenkins, an 18-year-old female, and a 25-year-old female. McCrary and Jenkins face multiple felony charges, including Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Fleeing and Eluding, Possession of a Firearm During a Felony, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement, and Probation Violations. Both have had bond denied.
