Muscogee County Deputies Arrests Three on Murder, Sexual Battery, and Forgery Charges

COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office says three fugitives are now in custody after separate arrests this week on serious felony indictments.

On Monday, September 15, 2025, the Collaborative Intelligence Group, working alongside the GBI West Georgia Gang Task Force, located and arrested Dorian Rievere, who was wanted on a Grand Jury Indictment for:

  • Felony Murder
  • Aggravated Assault

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, deputies arrested Michael Tillis, also under a Grand Jury Indictment, for:

  • Aggravated Sexual Battery

And on Sunday, September 14, 2025, investigators arrested Khaleel Hawkins on a Grand Jury Indictment charging him with:

  • Two Counts of Forgery in the 3rd Degree

“We won’t stop until the criminals do,” the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. “Nor will we allow those who commit murder or violent crimes to hide in our county.”

The Sheriff’s Office says its Collaborative Intelligence Group will continue working with state and federal partners to target violent offenders and fugitives wanted in Muscogee County.
