Motorcycle and School Bus Collide on Highway 59 in Banks County
Banks County, GA — On Tuesday, August 26, at approximately 6:40 a.m., the Banks County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia State Patrol responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and a school bus on Highway 59.
Authorities confirmed that no students were on the school bus at the time of the collision. Emergency personnel arrived quickly to provide assistance at the scene.
The Georgia State Patrol is currently leading the investigation into the cause of the accident.
