Employee Fatally Shot During Altercation at Milledgeville Buffalo Wild Wings

UPDATE: Detectives have made arrests in connection with the murder of 25-year-old Nytavious Stone at Buffalo Wild Wings. William Shannon Brown was charged with Aggravated Assault and Micha Shannon Brown was charged with Malic Murder, Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. Both are 25-year-old twins.

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. — Milledgeville Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at Buffalo Wild Wings on Saturday, August 23, 2025.

Officers responded to a call regarding a physical altercation at the restaurant, which escalated to a shooting while they were en route. Upon arrival, police found a person with multiple gunshot wounds on the side of the building. The victim was transported by EMS to Navicent Health Baldwin, where they were pronounced dead.

Preliminary information indicates the incident stemmed from an argument between two employees that escalated into a physical confrontation, resulting in the shooting. Two individuals are currently in custody in connection with the incident.

Authorities say this appears to be an isolated incident, with no ongoing threat to the public, and detectives continue to investigate.
