Bibb County Deputies Arrest Suspected Narcotics Dealer, Seize Drugs and Firearm

MACON, GA — Investigators with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit arrested a suspected narcotics dealer during a traffic stop off Napier Avenue.
According to the report, deputies stopped a Honda after its driver, who had a suspended registration, failed to use a turn signal while making a left turn. During the stop, investigators discovered suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, and a handgun inside the vehicle.
The driver, who was already wanted on a warrant, was taken into custody and charged with:
- Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes
- Trafficking in Methamphetamine (Schedule II)
- Possession of Cocaine (Schedule II)
- Possession of Marijuana
A female passenger was also arrested on an active warrant and a drug-related charge.
Authorities said the arrest highlights ongoing efforts to combat illegal drug trafficking in Bibb County.
