Man Fatally Shot at Albany Nightclub; Police Seek Witnesses

ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred early Saturday morning, August 16, 2025, in the 100 block of N. Mock Road.

Officers responded to the scene around 4:45 a.m. and were advised that the victim, identified as 24-year-old Rasheed Moore, had already been transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Moore later succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators are asking for assistance from anyone who may have been at Spotless Nightclub, located at 107 N. Mock Road, between 1:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on Saturday.
