Bibb County Deputies Recover Stolen Truck, Arrest Two Suspects

BIBB COUNTY, Ga. — Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies have recovered a stolen Ford F-150 and arrested two suspects in connection with the theft.

Investigator Adam Grant with the Criminal Investigation Division and Deputy Joshua Benfield with the Patrol Division located the vehicle on Thomaston Road. The driver was immediately taken into custody, and her accomplice was arrested at a nearby location.

According to the report, the truck was stolen after its senior citizen owner was transported to the hospital by ambulance for a medical emergency the previous day.

Both suspects were booked into the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center without incident.
