Albany Police Investigating Shooting After 19-Year-Old Crashes Bullet-Riddled Vehicle

ALBANY, GA — On Monday, July 28, 2025, Albany Police responded to a shooting after 19-year-old Kentonio Hill called dispatch to report he had been shot. The call was traced to the 500 block of Emily Avenue.
Officers responded to the area and began searching for Hill. He was eventually located at the intersection of South Madison and Zackery, where his vehicle had left the road and crashed into a fence. The car was found with multiple bullet holes.
Hill was transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
