Two Arrested After 15+ Vehicles Broken Into Off Gillionville Road in Albany

ALBANY, GA — Albany Police have arrested two suspects in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins that occurred on July 15, 2025, in neighborhoods off Gillionville Road.
Officers responded to multiple reports of broken windows and stolen personal items. An investigation revealed that between 15 and 20 vehicles had been targeted. Police gathered surveillance footage and witness statements, which helped identify the suspects.
Deandre Williams was arrested the same day and charged in connection with the crimes. On July 22, officers located and arrested 17-year-old Justavious Kelly, who now faces the following charges:
- 11 counts of Entering Auto
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Under 18
Kelly was transported to the Dougherty County Jail for booking. Authorities say more arrests are expected as the investigation continues.
