One Arrested, Second Suspect Sought in Forest Park Aggravated Assault

FOREST PARK, GA – The City of Forest Park Police Department has secured aggravated assault arrest warrants for two individuals following an investigation into a recent act of violence. One suspect has been apprehended, while the second remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.

On July 16, 2025, Tshombe B. Stripling was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault for his role in the incident.

However, the second suspect, Kevin J. Freeman Jr., remains outstanding. Authorities have released a photo of Freeman and are urging the public not to approach him.

“Please be assured, the City of Forest Park Police Department will not rest until Kevin J. Freeman Jr. is apprehended and brought to justice,” the department stated. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to protecting our residents, businesses, and all who live, work, and play within the city limits. We have zero tolerance for senseless violence, and we will continue to pursue anyone who endangers public safety.”

The department extended its sincere thanks to the public for their ongoing support throughout the investigation.
