Atlanta Police have preliminarily determined the incident to be a justifiable homicide.
Around 11:39 p.m., Atlanta Police officers responded to a “dispute with a weapon” call at the Cortland Peachtree Battle apartments, located at 2420 Peachtree Road NW.
