Savannah Police Arrest Juvenile in Fatal Domestic Stabbing

The Savannah Police Department (SPD) has arrested a male juvenile in connection with a domestic homicide that occurred on June 10, 2025, where his 17-year-old sibling was fatally stabbed.

At approximately 11:25 p.m., SPD officers responded to reports of a cutting at a residence in the 300 block of Tibet Avenue. Upon arrival, a juvenile sibling informed police that a 17-year-old male in the household had been stabbed. EMS transported the victim to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment, but he later succumbed to his injury.

The juvenile sibling was detained at the scene. Following an initial investigation, he was charged with murder and transported to Chatham County’s Regional Youth Detention Center.
