Woman Robs Macon Bank With Child Dressed in Spiderman Outfit

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday morning at Robins Financial Credit Union, located at 4245 Log Cabin Drive in Macon. The incident was reported to the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center at approximately 9:08 a.m.
According to investigators, a Black female suspect wearing all black clothing, including a hoodie and face mask, entered the bank accompanied by a small child dressed in a Spiderman outfit and carrying a matching bookbag. The suspect passed a note to a teller claiming to be armed and demanding money.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect exited the building and fled south on Log Cabin Drive in a white Nissan Maxima. No injuries were reported.
