Bibb County Authorities Seeks Help identifying Suspect in Chevron Armed Robbery

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a commercial armed robbery that occurred early Thursday morning at a Chevron gas station.

The incident took place on May 23, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m., at the Chevron located at 4987 Bloomfield Road. According to reports, a masked male entered the business, brandished a firearm at the store clerk, and demanded merchandise. After receiving items from the clerk, the suspect fled the store on foot in the direction of Williamson Road. No injuries were reported during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a male wearing a black hoodie, a facemask, black pants, and sneakers. He was also seen carrying a camouflage backpack.
