Two Injured in Macon Shooting on Bloomfield Drive

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an aggravated assault that occurred in the 3000 block of Bloomfield Drive. The incident was reported to the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center at 10:08 a.m. on Tuesday.

Deputies responding to a report of a person shot found a 19-year-old female and a 23-year-old male with gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported both victims to a medical facility for treatment. Medical staff reported that both individuals are in critical but stable condition.
