Man Wanted for Murder in Savannah Shooting; Public Asked for Tips

The Savannah Police Department has obtained arrest warrants for 20-year-old Keon Sanders in connection with the fatal shooting that occurred on April 7th in the 2000 block of N. Fernwood Drive.
Police are urging the public to call them immediately if they know Sanders’ whereabouts but caution against approaching him, as he is considered armed and dangerous.
The incident took place around 3:10 p.m. on April 7th, when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 2000 block of N. Fernwood Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male victim in front of a residence. The victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
