Atlanta Teen Arrested After Stabbing Brother in Video Game Dispute

A 14-year-old male has been arrested after stabbing his 18-year-old sibling during a dispute over a video game.

On February 22nd, 2025, at approximately 6:26 AM, officers responded to a stabbing at a residence located at 311 Scott Street SW. Upon arrival, they found the 18-year-old victim with a superficial stab wound to his left forearm. The victim was in stable condition and received medical attention at the scene.

The 14-year-old suspect, the victim’s sibling, was taken into custody. The preliminary investigation revealed that the incident stemmed from a verbal altercation regarding a video game, which escalated into a physical confrontation.

The 14-year-old male was transported to the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center for processing.
