Henry County Police Search for Suspect in Ingles Market Sexual Battery Case
The Henry County Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a sexual battery investigation at Ingles Market in Ellenwood.
On January 13, 2025, at approximately 4:07 p.m., a male suspect was seen standing at the front entrance of the store, located at 100 Fairview Road. Between 4:08 p.m. and 4:17 p.m., the suspect approached three different women under the pretense that they had something stuck to their clothing. When he moved behind them as if to assist, he instead grabbed their buttocks before fleeing on foot.
