Bainbridge Man Arrested in Child Molestation Case; Charged with Rape, Sodomy and Incest

The GBI has arrested and charged 43-year-old Cory David Hall of Bainbridge, GA, with five felony counts of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, statutory rape, sodomy, and incest.

On December 5, 2024, the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office requested the GBI to investigate allegations that Hall had sexual contact with a minor. 

On January 6, 2025, GBI agents obtained arrest warrants for Hall. He was located the same day and booked into the Decatur County Jail. 

Due to the sensitive nature of the charges, no further information will be provided.

The investigation is active and ongoing.
