Fugitive Wanted in Georgia Arrested After Snowy Pursuit in Chattanooga
Brandon Frady

On Sunday, January 12, 2025, Hamilton County deputies apprehended fugitive Brandon Frady following a foot chase in the 2600 block of Banks Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Frady, wanted in Catoosa County, Georgia, faced multiple charges, including Aggravated Assault, Simple Battery, Criminal Trespass, and two counts of Cruelty to Children.

At approximately 8:00 a.m., deputies acted on an anonymous tip that Frady was at a residence near Banks Road. While searching the area, deputies spotted him walking toward East Brainerd Road. By the time they reached the location, Frady had fled.

Additional deputies established a perimeter, and a K-9 unit from the Collegedale Police Department was called in. Fresh tracks in the snow were discovered behind the Quick Mart at 9117 East Brainerd Road, leading deputies across a creek and up a steep ridge, where Frady was found hiding in brush behind a fallen tree.

Frady was arrested without incident and transported to the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center, where he faces an additional charge of Evading Arrest. The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office has been notified and will arrange for his extradition to Georgia after resolving the new charge.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office expressed gratitude to the Collegedale Police Department for their assistance in the successful apprehension.
