Homicide Suspect Arrested During Traffic Stop in Atlanta
On December 26, 2024, Atlanta Police Department’s A.C.E. Units and Fugitive Unit conducted a traffic stop near Bolton Rd. and James Jackson Parkway for traffic violations. The stop led to the arrest of a homicide suspect and two others.
Officers detained the vehicle’s occupants and identified the front passenger as Felix Adams, wanted in connection with a homicide on October 4, 2024, at 1040 Huff Rd. Adams was arrested and charged with Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The driver, Adoffee Williams, was arrested for failure to obey stop signs, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, and an active warrant for failure to appear on cocaine possession charges.
The rear passenger, Gortez Goolsby, was charged with possession of marijuana and weapons violations by a convicted felon.
All three suspects were transported to the Fulton County Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
