Two Suspects Arrested During Early Morning Burglary in Cordele
On Friday, December 27, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m., Crisp County deputies discovered a burglary in progress at Turton Mini Storage on 24th Avenue in Cordele while patrolling the area due to recent criminal activity.
Two suspects were taken into custody at the scene:
- Donald L. Addie Sr., 45, is charged with:
- Burglary (2 counts)
- Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime
- Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Crime
- Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon
- Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers
- Lakeidra Jackson, 39, is charged with:
- Burglary (2 counts)
The Crisp County Sheriff’s Office continues its investigation into the incident.
