Five Adults Injured in Shooting Near Chatham County Public Library in Savannah

The Savannah Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on December 22, 2024, in the 2000 block of Bull Street, near the Chatham County Public Library. The incident, which occurred around 12:50 a.m., left five adults injured.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting at an establishment and found two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. They were treated at the scene and transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center. Three additional victims with gunshot wounds later arrived separately at St. Joseph Hospital and Memorial Health.
