Brunswick Man Arrested in Connection with Vehicle Burglaries, Firearm Seized

A 22-year-old Brunswick man, Terrence Lamont Proctor, has been arrested in connection with a series of vehicle burglaries following a search warrant executed by the Glynn County Police Department (GCPD) Criminal Investigation Division. Proctor was arrested on the evening of December 17, 2024, after investigators located him at his residence.

Proctor is facing three counts of Second Degree Burglary for allegedly entering automobiles in the area. During the arrest, officers also discovered a firearm in Proctor’s possession, which had been reported as stolen in one of the vehicle burglaries under investigation.

GCPD emphasized the importance of securing vehicles, encouraging residents to lock their cars and remove any valuables, or ensure they are out of sight, to prevent similar crimes. The investigation into the burglaries remains ongoing.
