Clayton County Announces Newly Appointed Ethics Board Members

The Clayton County Grand Jury – August Term, along with Clerk of Superior Court Chanae Clemons and Tax Commissioner Danielle Smith, has announced the appointment of members to the Clayton County Ethics Board.

The board is tasked with investigating ethics complaints, adjudicating alleged violations, offering advisory opinions on the ethics code, and recommending revisions to the ethics code to the Clayton County Board of Commissioners when necessary. Officials expressed confidence in the appointees’ ability to uphold ethical standards in the county.

The newly appointed members are:

  • District 2: Lolitta McGhee
  • District 3: Brandee Bolton
  • District 4: Wanda Perdue
  • At Large District 3: Sharon Hughes
  • District 2: Charlotte Daniely
  • District 1: Marty Cummings
  • District 1 Alternate: Fredericka Dent
  • District 4 Alternate: Michael Howington
